AntiqueAd provides an online, classified ads website for antique dealers and individual collectors alike.

Situation
AntiqueAd.com wanted to provide people with the ability to advertise their antiques and collectables online. They did not want yet another 'auction' site but instead wanted to accept payment for classified ads which would then be displayed on the site.

Solution
After extensive consultation Danson Digital provided a clean, professional design in keeping with the wishes of Antique Ad. We then developed a bespoke application using PHP and MySql to deliver the functionality required. A secure administration area was developed to allow Antique Ad representatives to mange both users and the advertisements themselves. Finally the application was integrated into a bespoke e-commerce system wih payments handled by the Barclays Bank ePDQ payment gateway.

Results
Antiquead.com went live in January 2007. The functionality and usability provided have enabled Antique Ad to develop the site into a going business concern.
